Are kits reviewed before they go live?

Yes. Every listing is moderated before publication. We check the product copy, setup guide, screenshots, and security scan results. Suspicious or blocked scans get extra scrutiny. You only see listings that have passed our review queue.

What is your refund policy?

Twenty is a marketplace for digital goods. Refunds are handled case by case when a kit is materially misrepresented, undeliverable, or broken in a way the listing did not disclose. Contact support with your purchase details — see our Terms of Service for the full policy.

How do I download and set up a kit?

Open Dashboard → Purchases, download the kit archive, then follow the seller's setup instructions on the product page. Most kits expect you to install dependencies (for example npm install) locally — sellers do not ship node_modules.

Do I get updates after I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a seller publishes an approved update to a kit you own, you are notified by email and can download the latest version from your library at no extra charge.

Can I sell my own kit on Twenty?

Yes. Create a free seller account, walk through the listing wizard (details, source files, setup guide), and submit for review. You set your own price. Once approved, your kit appears on the public marketplace.

How does listing review work?

Submit when your quality checklist is complete. We snapshot your GitHub repo or ZIP, run security scans, and a human reviews your listing. You get an email when we approve or if changes are needed. Feedback appears on your seller dashboard.

Can I use GitHub or upload a ZIP?

Either works. GitHub is recommended — we snapshot your repo at submit time. You can also upload a ZIP if you do not host on GitHub. Buyers always download a frozen copy from Twenty, not your live repo.

How do payouts work?
