When to contact support and what to include in your message.

Before you write

  • Confirm the purchase email matches your Twenty account.
  • Try re-downloading from Purchases.
  • Re-read the seller setup instructions and .env requirements.

What to include

  1. Product name and purchase date.
  2. Checkout email / order reference if you have it.
  3. What you expected vs what happened (download missing, setup blocked, listing mismatch).
